My first visit to Bonanza Steakhouse out in Flying W Ranch was a pleasant surprise. I tried the cowgirl steak and it was cooked to perfection, tender and delicious. While the fried pickles were a hit, the dessert, a brown apple pie, was just average. Despite that, the quality steaks and the friendly service make it a standout spot in this area.
