Located inside Super G Mart, Chef Hsu offers a flavorful dining experience that left me pleasantly surprised. Opting for the Ja Jang Myun dish, the savory black bean noodle sauce was rich and velvety, complemented by a generous mix of fresh vegetables. Despite feeling a bit overindulgent after finishing the entire serving, the dish was so delicious that I couldn't resist. The meal was accompanied by a side of pickled radish and sliced onions, with the refreshing roasted corn tea from the orange water cooler providing a soothing end to the culinary journey.
