I love this little restaurant I found! Their pupusas are amazing, especially the chicharrón con yucca. The service is friendly, and it's a fun spot with a DJ and karaoke on Friday nights. It can get crowded on the weekends, but the food is worth it!

Now, THIS is authentic! If, like me, you are a Gringo, don't be surprised if you are the only one there. Decor with brightly carved and painted chairs and tables reminds me of when I was a kid and visited Juarez with my family. Food is terrific, and inexpensive. Try the Mexican shrimp cocktail, which is a whole meal. Great "street" tacos for...get this...one dollar! Full Mexican and Salvadoran menu....I have been to just about every Mex restaurant in North Dallas and elsewhere, and this is one of the best. Service is friendly, but a little slow, and they never heard of iced tea, but relax and get over that! I am now making this a regular venue for Friday evenings!
