I gave an order for Dosa, Sambar Idly and curd rice for door delivery. And received dosa, curd rice and Sambar without Idly. How can one be so careless with the delivery not even checking out what they've been ordered?

We ordered a party menu for 20 people on 31st Dec. We are really very disappointed by their service. First of all, they did not stick to their ethics of meeting their commitments. We ordered Carrot Halwa as dessert but at the time of pickup they told us that it has been misplaced with some other order and gave us Gulab Jamun(were not at all good) instead.

Secondly, we were surprised to see the quantity of every item in the menu. It was not even good for 15-16 people, specially Naan and Manchurian were very less (good for at most 10-12 people).

Also, Veg Biryani was useless without any taste and flavor.

Being a regular customer of a 3.5 star rating restaurant, we didn't expect such kind of unprofessional behavior from them. It seemed that they were concentrating on making money and not at all bothered about customer satisfaction.
