During my visit to Pollo Regio on Abrams and 635, I was warmly welcomed by a woman in the lobby who seemed to be the manager. The front counter staff, particularly Jhordy De La Rosa, provided courteous and professional service, ensuring my food arrived quickly. While the atmosphere was simple, the mole was delicious, and enjoying a bottle of Coca-Cola from Mexico made the meal even more enjoyable.
