I enjoyed a work lunch at Centennial, the 2nd-floor eatery in the Hyatt Regency Dallas, where the friendly staff and delicious food made for a memorable experience. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the standout aí§aí bowl and the best pancakes I've ever had, making it a solid choice for dining during our trip.
