Their food is fantastic. Raised in the south this is the only place you can get home made greens, okra, and fish in Nvada. Sooooooo goooooood. And the service is the best.

I grew up in Louisiana eating outstanding Southern food. I have to say M&M's Southern Café offers the best Southern food I've had in a very long time. We had the fish, chicken, shrimp, okra, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, alligator, and frog's legs. The fried food was crispy, but not oily or greasy - cooked to perfection! The coleslaw was the best I've ever had! The mashed potatoes were outstanding - my kids said they were "better than candy." The shrimp were huge. M&M's doesn't skimp on the flavor, quantity, or quality ingredients. The price was excellent, as well. I'm already thinking about what I'll try next time!
