The drunken noodles here pack a serious punch, so be ready for some heat even at level 3-I finished every last bite despite the spice. The menu offers a unique twist with authentic Laotian-Thai flavors that you don't find everywhere, and dishes like the Pad Woon Sen and Shrimp Yellow Curry really hit the mark. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, the staff are welcoming and attentive, and the portions are satisfying enough to keep me coming back for more.

The drunken noodles at Pho Vieng were so good, but watch out for the spice level - I usually like my food super spicy, but level 3 was more than enough for me! The menu offers a mix of Laotian and Thai dishes, which was a nice change from the usual Thai spots we go to. The Pad Woon Sen and Shrimp Yellow Curry were delicious, and the tray of condiments added some extra flavor to our meal. The family-friendly atmosphere and authentic Lao food make this a spot worth returning to.
