I called in my order for the swai fish filet with grilled veggies, but ended up with breaded fish filets on fries instead. Despite the mix-up, the food was tasty, and the service at the restaurant was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be going back for more delicious meals and great service.

Finally stopped in here this evening and not disappointed. The food was excellent! The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Chips & Salsa hits the table as soon as we say down (awesome salsa by the way, spicy but not too much so). They also offered us complimentary beans which we accepted and they were very delicious! I ordered the 3 beef enchilada platter (with beans and rice) and my daughter had a 3 enchilada (beef, chicken, and cheese) combo platter (which also came with rice and beans). We both had cokes for drinks with free refills, but I did notice a sign advertising a free beer or free margarita with dinner (I declined as I don't drink when I'm driving, especially with one of my kids). The food was excellent! We both were very pleased. We then shared as serving of sopaipillas (a single serving comes with 3, plus butter and honey so it was more than enough for the two of us).
We both highly recommend Las Ramonsitas Torres Mexican Restaurant to everyone, especially the locals here in Alvarado. We will definitely be making this a regular stop!
