The food is solid, and the service is exceptional; the staff always goes above and beyond. I tried Mr. Jim's Pizza after seeing good reviews, and it didn't disappoint-the X-Large Sticky Fingers was loaded with toppings and had a perfect crust. The delivery was quick, and the guy was super polite, which just added to the overall positive experience.
