The food and service are consistently excellent, with quick, courteous staff and great prices, making it a reliable choice for delicious Mexican cuisine. Watching the bartender Carlos Alvarado work at the bar is an impressive experience, and the menu offers standout dishes like shrimp fajitas, Mexican omelette, and al pastor tacos, all served in a festive and clean environment ideal for family dinners and special occasions.

The food here is nothing short of spectacular, with everything from the shrimp fajitas to the Mexican omelette leaving me craving more. And let's not forget the bartender, Carlos Alvarado, who could easily be the star of his own show with his incredible speed and flair-watching him mix drinks is as entertaining as it is delicious!

We went at lunch and ordered lunch specials, but they charged us full price. They also charged us $1.90 cash adjustment. We paid with a card and we got one " to-go " container. I have no idea what the $1.90 was for. So they go $8 more than they should have. We didn't notice until after we went back to Waco. Never again.
