I normally don't give reviews, but when there is an issue with the businesses, especially restaurants, I will share my experience to give the next person a heads up....

Along with my shrimp lo mein order, I had an egg roll and an order of Yaki mandu (6), as you see they included 1 duck sauce and 1 soy sauce....I called to bring it to their attention, assuming it could just be an oversight, spoke with the manager, who wanted to charge me for any additional duck sauces....needless to say, I will definitely not be back....

FYI: Make sure you ask about any up charges (ie; condiments, sauces, napkins), before placing your order, what you believe you would receive free from any other restaurant, may not be the case at Wongs Palace...Also, once you pay for your order, it is non- refundable, so check your order before paying

03/08/2021 - Wasted my 1 take out day a month
Waited 1 hour 10 mins for my order for pick up. Pork fried rice did NOT taste like Chinese food and dry. Beef and broccoli dinner very small portion and bland plus they forgot the rice that came with it. Lo mein was edible. Sesame chicken was not bad but again they forgot the rice for it. Tried to eat an egg roll in the car before leaving and it was room temp and dry.. The egg drop soup needs flavor. Crab Rangoon had to heat up in mini oven and taste like only cream cheese.🥺 first time in a LONG time getting take out. My family did not enjoy this at all. I have 88% left over wish they did refunds. Sad I had to cook something instead. 😢 such a HUGE waste of $68. Spoke to the manager and he said there is nothing he can do about it and no refunds.

EVERYTIME I ORDER THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AND MY FOOD ALWAYS FRESH AND SUPER YUMMY. I CRAVE THEIR FOOD DAILY! PRAISE GOD THEY OPEN SUNDAYS!!!!
