The Thai food in the Commons area is a delicious find. The red curry with tofu had a perfect balance of spices and coconut milk, while the vegetarian egg roll was crispy and paired well with the sweet and sour sauce. It's been a while since I last visited this food court, but the PPK pad prik khing with chicken and shrimp pad cha were both exceptional - the chicken was tender and flavorful, and the shrimp dish was packed with tasty peppercorn and basil leaves. Fast service and reasonable prices make it a great lunch spot in the Texas Medical Center area.
