Attending the Houston BBQ Festival was totally worth the $60 entry fee - we got to try out tasty BBQ from 26 different vendors, including popular ones like Killen's and Gatlin's. The lines were manageable, and we left with full bellies and even some BBQ to take home. Plus, the boudin stuffed pork loin from Corkscrew BBQ was a game-changer - it was like a BBQ party in my mouth!
