After trying Pho at several other places with disappointing results, I decided to give Pho Zen a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and exceptional quality of the Pho. The service was attentive, the ambience inviting, and the food delicious - it was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

We love the white chicken soup . The salt and pepper shrimp are very tasty . Fried egg rolls and spring rolls are really good .

Atmosphere, fine. Location, great. Service, good. Food, not my favorite. In fact, it is not likely that I will be back. That disappoints me since I live just down the street. My opinion, however, is based on just 3 items, so your experience may be different. The egg rolls were hard, dry, overcooked. The vermicelli with lemongrass beef and shrimp was very average. The beef was good, the shrimp were soggy. The pad thai with beef hardly had any beef, the noodles were very soggy, and it contained vegetables that were unexpected, like green peppers and onions that were not omitted as requested. It was also just bland. I am so disappointed.
