While visiting Martha's Vineyard, I stopped by Bad Martha's Brewery, which has a unique history tied to an English explorer and a legendary mermaid. The brewery offers a diverse selection of beers, including innovative options like a jalapeno-cucumber lager and a dark IPA, paired wonderfully with their flavorful pizzas, especially the Beer and Bacon Pizza with spicy honey. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating, friendly staff, and a casual vibe that made for an enjoyable experience.

This brewery tucked away just outside Martha's Vineyard has a fascinating history involving a mermaid named "Bad Martha" and an English explorer.
