We ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and fries, finding the food satisfying despite the steep price of $6.00 for the side. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance added to the overall experience, making it one of the top burger joints by the lake. The bartender, Mary, was friendly and recommended the Rib Eye, which turned out to be a delicious choice when my husband and I shared it.

We hadn't been there in a while, definitely Bad decision!!!! Bacon Hamburgers the whole thing was cold, the bacon was like it just came out of refrigerator.! The Onion rings were so greasy, it was like they had been fried, & set out, & then warmed up in microwave!!! Disgusting. Won't go back!!! The Cook is not very Good evidently!!!!! Prices way to high for disgusting food. Sorry, but I have never been there that the food was so Bad!! I've been going there for 20 years. Very disappointed!!! People get your act together

We bought a house on Wappapello and this was one of the reasons we decided to call this place home. Thanks for the great food and even better, the awesome small hometown greeting. Love you guys.
