This is the find for us of 2021. The Polish Princess has authentic croissants and pastries, baguettes and assorted breads such as peasant whole grain, baguettes, bagels, and so much more. We have never been disappointed. One sandwich is enough for 2. It is worth the trip and the stop.

I go here for bread all the time. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else in the area. Their Almond Horns and macaroons are fabulous.

We've been to the Polish Princess twice as we are visitors from New Jersey. If I lived anywhere remotely near Lancaster NH, I would be there several times a week. The pizza is phenomenal. The bread is phenomenal and the pastry is phenomenal. Unfortunately we haven't had enough time to try just about everything because if we did, I would!!!
