Rudy Roo's may look unassuming from the outside, but inside, the fresh, flavorful seafood and perfectly cooked sides create a comforting and satisfying meal that keeps me coming back despite the hour-long drive. Listening to Rudy's stories about the restaurant's history while enjoying dishes like the seafood platter, gumbo, and fried okra makes every visit feel warm and welcoming, with generous portions served at very reasonable prices.

Don't be swayed by appearances: Rudy Roo's offers scrumptious seafood and delectable extras at affordable prices. Our group savored a satisfying seafood platter with flavorful gumbo and crispy fried okra on the side. While enjoying our meal, we were captivated by Rudy's tales of the establishment's 15-year journey. Order in advance for the option to bring home fresh jumbo shrimp by the pound, expertly prepared to your liking.

Close, convenient and really great food! I've eaten most of the menu but my favorite is the oyster po-boy!! They really load the oysters (or shrimp) on the po-boys more than I've ever had... And I've had many from other places. Nothing else compares!!!
