While in the Liberty, Texas area recently, my husband and I stopped at Hartz Chicken, a restaurant we usually visit in Baytown. This location impressed us with its fresher, higher-quality food and the unique addition of ice cream with peach cobbler. The staff were consistently friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and we look forward to returning soon.
