ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE & SO RUDE. NEVER WILL RETURN TO THIS BOERNE LOCATION EVEN THOUGH I AM A BOERNE RESIDENT & WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

Got burger baskets with my wife. Burger was ok but bun was cold and she got a pitiful amount of old cold fries. My rings were luke warm and i got maybe 4. They dont care any more !

I will never est at longhorn cafe order a Angus burger with cheese combo and my wife had a hamburger combo and she didnt get her fries and ordered mine med rare it was rare and greasy the my hamburger bun was soggy with all the grease took it back they said it will take awhile told it's ok but got back to my table grease was running out and blood also running out told the is raw some kid said its med rare told him no its raw and bloody .I had to clean my own table we spent over 17 dollars that's was 17 dollars down the drain and when I got my Angus burger back it was cut in half without cheese we never had problems with longhorn but will never go back I couldn't eat it took a couple bites and left it I was going to give it to my dogs but no dont want them to est grease I guess longhorn cafe dont care . but they got 17 dollars out of me this something simple have who ever takes the order have them repeat the order go figure we should gone to Derry Oueen they always repeat the orders I will never go back to longhorn cafe dont want to eat a greasy Angus burger this was in boerne on sunday the 31 1 is to big for a rating it was a zero
