Recently, I experienced a new culinary adventure at a food vendor located in the Sam's Club parking lot. I indulged in their rib plate, which came at a price of $15. The portion size left me wanting more, although the tender, fall-off-the-bone meat was undeniably delicious. Despite the average sides, the flavorful BBQ offerings at this vendor surpassed my expectations, especially when compared to other establishments like Terry Black's. I had the pleasure of trying their delectable pulled pork sandwich at the Leander Old Town Street Festival, and it was absolutely divine.
