The convenience of being able to order and pick up food at Life Cafe right after my workout is a game changer. The menu offers a variety of delicious and healthier options, like the Brisket Hoagie and the turkey avocado sandwich. They also have a great selection of nutritional supplements and snacks for post-workout fuel. Give it a try if you're a member at Lifetime Fitness - you won't be disappointed.
