My experience at Rosa's in Odessa was fantastic, especially after a long drive from Arizona. The tacos were huge and delicious, and the taco salad was so generous that I could only manage half, but it was incredibly satisfying. With great service and a vibrant atmosphere, this restaurant has definitely won my heart, and I can't wait to enjoy their food again as we settle into Texas.
