I tried the spicy red chile pork tamales from La Nortena Tamale Factory in Pecos, TX, and let me tell you, they were absolutely divine! The in-house made tamales are hands down my favorite, and I couldn't stop eating them with the spicy salsa de Chile de Arbol, even though it was fiery hot!

I lived in Barstow and have moved back to odessa, yall have the best tamales ever now yall are opening a place in odessa and cannot wait
