The barbecue from Kris's truck on Parker road at Quincy is incredible, with a brisket sandwich and ribs that are truly mouth-watering. The meat was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of fat and a delicious sauce that had me coming back for more. The friendly folks running the truck make you feel right at home, and it's a great spot to satisfy your craving for some authentic Texas BBQ. Make sure to call ahead to find out where Kris will be, as the location can vary - but it's definitely worth the effort to track him down for a taste of home right here in Colorado.
