I go there about once a week, the food's always delicious, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Maybe they've got new management or have really listened to previous feedback, because my recent visits have been pretty impressive. The service is attentive, the food is fresh - I mean, that hoagie roll was something else. The chicken is cooked to perfection, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The only downside is they might be a bit slower than some other places, but it's not a deal-breaker.
