During my stay in Brush, Colorado, I tried Home Plate and was impressed by the friendly service, diverse menu, and generous portions of flavorful, home-style cooking. From crispy fried chicken to delicious breakfast burritos and authentic Mexican dishes, every meal felt fresh, satisfying, and reasonably priced, making it a must-visit for anyone passing through.
