The Deli at 8236 on Nederland's main street serves up old-school, no-frills sandwiches that hit the spot after a long day, with big, messy subs like the spicy chicken parm packing serious flavor and plenty of heart. The crew behind the counter feel like friends you want around, the service might take a bit, but the fresh, hearty sandwiches made with quality ingredients are well worth the wait-grab your food to enjoy outside with mountain views and let your pups roam free.

The Cuban sub and the eggplant parm sub"¦BEST we have ever had. No kidding. EVER. Crispy soft sub rolls and the perfect press on the Cuban. Fresh ingredients perfectly made. Wish we lived in Colorado just so we could go back for more.

This sub shop needs competition. They are falling off the edge. There is no love in their subs anymore. I returned a sub bc it was slopped together pathetically w missing ingredients. I was told that I didn't order it right. Lol. What?! They started to skimp on their meat in the last half year as well fyi. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
