During our week at the Vail Cascade, we made it a ritual to unwind at the Fireside bar after a long day on the slopes. The bartenders were incredibly skilled, and I still remember DK's Negroni as one of the best I've ever tasted. We savored the vegetarian nachos and sliders, and those truffled fries were absolutely mouthwatering, making for a truly enjoyable experience in a cozy atmosphere.
