Ito Japanese Steak House is a fabulous jewel in the center of Florence CO, Antique Capital of Colorado. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the drinks, the music are all the absolute best! Come for dinner and leave with a wonderful experience. Henry, Anna, Catherine, and baby are a great family that will go WAY OUT of their way to make you feel welcome.
Check out the menu and while you wait for your meal look at the light fixtures, accessories on the table and listen to Jazz (most of the time)
