I had an amazing experience at Camacho's for Mexican food - from the delicious green chile, burrito, chile relleno, rice, beans, chips, and salsa to the cozy booths and attentive service. It's the best authentic Mexican restaurant I've discovered in Northern Colorado, with a welcoming staff and home-style cooking that truly stands out.

Not sure how the food is but we have been calling for days and no answer to ask a few questions before driing out to Eaton to try it.
