I discovered Horsetooth hot sauce through my sister-in-law a few years back and have been obsessed ever since, going through at least 50 bottles without any sign of slowing down. My go-to is the "melt your face" variety, a seasonal small-batch sauce that I eagerly await each year for my next case purchase. It's become my special go-to for adding flavor to my homemade burritos, breaking me out of my Chipotle Tabasco routine - and I love that it's made right here in my city, offering a tasty and diverse selection that never disappoints.
