My spouse and I enjoyed a delightful evening at Taste. The service was attentive and professional while the cuisine was delectable with perfectly portioned dishes. We savored the Barbie Bisque and Consolidated Salad to start, followed by the Aspen Ridge Brisket with Gorgonzola Potatoes, and ended on a high note with the Brí»lí©e Au Violet featuring Candied Orange Peel. The elegant decor, serene atmosphere, and stunning view of the Colorado ridge line made our dining experience truly exceptional at this renowned establishment by the Garden Of The Gods Gourmet.
