Finding an open restaurant in north Taos proved challenging, but the meal we received was hot and delicious, making everyone happy. The shrimp tacos and combination plate were particularly impressive, and the friendly service made the experience even better; we plan to return for more of their authentic Mexican food.

We had a hard time finding an open restaurant in El Prado for takeout. The food arrived hot and delicious, making everyone happy. The lady who took our order was attentive and got everything correct. We will definitely be returning to this cute mom and pop Mexican restaurant with pet-friendly outdoor seating.

The best, authentic New Mexican eatery in town!
It's bare bones for decor and service. But the foods the thing!
I'm especially fond of Hurvos Rancheros. Look at the price! $7.00 for the plate of them.
I've lived here for over thirty years. Seen restaurants come and go. This one is here to stay, it seems to me.
Notice that most of the negative reviews are about service. That's because their main suit is the kitchen producing great Mexican food.
