I made a same-day reservation on Open Table for a restaurant located off the lobby of the Aspen Meadows resort. Parking is free in the bottom of the guest parking structure. Despite the lackluster and unorganized service, the delicious food more than made up for it. The location offers gorgeous nature all around, creating an idyllic setting for a meal.
