The breakfast burritos at Mimo's are a must-try, with generous portions and delicious flavors that keep me coming back. The green Chile they use to smother the burritos adds a perfect kick. While the coffee might be a bit weak for my taste, the Heuvos Rancheros never fail to impress with their flavor.
