We found ourselves in a cozy cabin on Grand Mesa, where food options were pretty limited unless you enjoy foraging. After a short drive to Thunder Mountain Lodge, we were thrilled to discover a new restaurant had just opened, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The meals were hearty and delicious, especially the chicken burrito smothered in green chili stew and the incredible warm bread pudding with butter-bourbon sauce.
