This mountain restaurant offers delicious Mexican food that always hits the spot after a day on the slopes. With tasty dishes like posole, tacos, and carne asada nachos, along with a great selection of drinks and friendly staff, it's become my favorite lunch destination while skiing in Utah's Canyons.
