This taco shop tucked inside an indoor mall behind Rancho Markets serves some of the best al pastor tacos I've ever had, with perfectly marinated pork, a deliciously crispy layer, and a surprising but fantastic pineapple topping that really elevates the flavor. The salsa is spicy and flavorful, the service friendly, and although there can be a wait, the fresh, made-to-order food and ample seating make it completely worth it every time.
