While traveling through Richfield on the way to Utah's national parks, I discovered a casual family-owned restaurant called LA Gringa. The food was fresh and flavorful, with standout dishes like the guacamole, street tacos, and a generous burrito filled with refried beans and Al Pastor. The service was efficient, the atmosphere welcoming, and the prices reasonable, making it a satisfying stop for a meal.
