During my stay at The Lodge, I enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Red Rock Grill, where the crusted trout and soup impressed me at dinner, the chicken sandwich and quesadilla made for a pleasant lunch enjoyed on the lawn, the breakfast buffet was convenient though typical, the appetizers like salmon cakes and firecracker rolls were flavorful, the salad bar offered variety despite some vegetables being a bit dry, local draft beers were affordable, service was generally friendly with standout servers like Meadow, the prickly pear margarita was a memorable drink, and the stunning views of Zion's mountains enhanced the cozy, lodge-style ambiance, making it a satisfying dining experience overall despite minor inconveniences with ordering and occasional service delays.
