Ordered online 4 delivery, Cheesesteak & Small order of Fried Zucchini last week... 4 of them were Burnt, Veg & Coating! Called A1 Pizza to Speak with Mgr, was told he would not be back until today 8/18, asked who else is in charge while Mgr is away( someone had to be, Right) she said Noone. Called back today was told "Still not Available", hmmm, they need not worry about these Customers any more!!!

1 star is being very generous-cross contamination is an issue here.

We are new to the area so are looking for a new pizza place that is closer than our previous restaurant that we always ordered from (R. Kidds on 35th and Glendale--they're the BEST).

We called and placed an order for 20 wings and a large one topping pizza for carry out. The price was decent, it was just under $40 with tip. When I got home, the first bite of pizza tasted fishy. Just a weird flavor, not good. My SO tried a wing and said it was awful. He immediately said the wings taste like they're cooked in the same oil as fish, so we called them back and asked. Guess what! All their food is cooked with fish. They are the same operators and share the kitchen with the fish and chicken restaurant that appears to be next door. Didn't think anything of it when I picked up the food, I'm glad my mom didn't eat any because of food allergies, and it took three trips driving back and forth to get a refund from them.

My family and I love A1. They have the best wings and shrimp. Everything is bomb! I am so happy to live by A1. 😀 The workers are friendly and I hope this covid thing ends so we can dine in. Love the environment too. Kid friendly.

My first time here. Pizza was not made as ordered but tasted ok. I ordered a regular (not a thin) crust pepperoni with easy black olive and easy mushroom.

The first slice:
- The cheese was thicker than the crust. If that was a regular, what's a thin?
- There were 3 pepperonis on the slice, but 20 black olives. Um, I ordered 'light black olive', not 'light pepperoni'

Otherwise fine. So decent ingredients, awful employees. Expect Mcdonalds quality; no employee will appreciate food construction. If it resembles a pie, quality check over!
