It had been a while since my last visit, and my anticipation turned to disappointment when the pot roast I ordered tasted like a frozen dinner, lacking the homemade charm I remembered. However, the festive atmosphere with Christmas decorations lingering brought a warmth to the experience, even if the holiday music was absent. The brisket, perfectly balanced between moist and lean, along with the friendly service and cozy environment, reminded me why I cherished this restaurant, despite a few setbacks with other dishes.

Love this place!!

10/15/2023 - Disappointed
This place is constantly over charging us on to go orders. Twice now we've ordered 4 sandwiches @$13.99 & upon arriving he's claiming it's $76-$86 dollars for the 4 sandwiches.

He's a bit argumentative when challenged & tries to quickly run your card. Then ultimately offers cash back once caught.

I don't know who the gentleman is that's at the front if he's a new employee, manager, owner or what but this has also happened a few times to a few other people.

They either need to fire this guy or stop their shady practices if he's higher up. The food is good but I highly suggest you check your bills/receipts with a fine tooth comb.
