I visited Ragazzi recently and tried their veal shank, which was delicious. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I can't wait to return and sample more of their offerings.

It was Valentine's Day very very busy, the Servers were working very very hard, they were friendly and I liked getting a rose, nice touch. However our experience was very disappointing, we made reservation, our table was not ready so we were sitted right by the door. The service was rushed or not at all, a lot of waiting. My husband had soup, watery, salty, served luke warm, ordered scampy, it was cooked ok but cold so was the pasta. I ordered filet magnon, I received a very tough piece of meat that was
definitely not filet, couldn't even chew it. So we will not recommend this restaurant to anybody and have told
friends our experience was very poor!
