I've always loved New Mexican food since a friend introduced me to it, and I find it hard to get anywhere else in the country. On a recent road trip, I made a detour to Albuquerque and discovered Burrito Express, where I ordered a breakfast burrito with runny eggs. It turned out to be one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had, with homemade tortillas and fantastic flavors that made my quick stop worthwhile.
