This family-run eatery inside the Phillips 66 gas station is a hidden treasure that serves delicious, affordable New Mexican food, making it a perfect pit stop between here and Moab. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful Navajo taco and the friendly service, and I can't wait to return for more of their homemade dishes.

Located inside the Phillips 66 gas station in Cuba, this family-run spot may not catch your eye from the outside, but the food is both delicious and affordable. Despite its unassuming appearance, don't hesitate to step inside to grab a quick and satisfying meal before continuing your journey towards Moab, or wherever else you may be headed.
