The cafe on campus serves the best croissants in town, alongside tasty sandwiches and excellent service. It's surprising to learn that the cafe is entirely run by students. To avoid missing out on popular items like the bacon cheese croissant, arriving early is recommended. Additionally, the strawberry walnut salad with raspberry vinaigrette comes highly praised. The cafe offers a welcome alternative to the cafeteria, with a diverse menu including iced coffee, pastries, soups, sandwiches, and cookies. The green chile mac and cheese is a standout dish, although some may prefer a stronger kick of green chile. Despite its slightly hidden location, the cafe can be conveniently found by walking across the street from the fitness center.
