I just visited this Jack in the Box tonight. After placing my order at 9:15, I waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru. There was quite a long line, and I waited five minutes at the window alone. Upon receiving my order, I was missing four tacos and 2 orders of curly fries. This is unacceptable, as I had already waited 20 minutes to pick up my food, and had to wait another 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru to pick up the messed up part of my order.

The last several times I have been the food is awful. I don't think they ever change their grease. My chicken patty tasted cooked to death. I paid almost $5 and just threw it away. Ordered curly fries and the box was only half full. My total order came to a little over $17. I would suggest going anywhere else.
