The food here is consistently delicious, especially the tender carne adovada and great cinnamon rolls with a cream cheese-like icing. The service is friendly and attentive, with fast waitstaff who keep your coffee cup full and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Even though the neighborhood has changed a lot and can feel a bit sketchy, the nostalgic vibe inside and the quality of the meals make it totally worth the visit.
